So many Batmans, so little time. Since the Batman was introduced to the world in Detective Comics #27 in 1939 (the same year the Crosley Automobile appeared - coincidence? We think not!), No less than ten different actors performed the roll of Batman since his introduction 78 years ago, with well over a dozen more voicing him in various cartoons and animated films. Some of the men who have played the Dark Knight you've almost certainly never heard of - Jack Smith, Robert Lowrey, and Lewis Wilson come to mind - and some you may have witched never donned the cowl and ears - we're thinking of you, Val Kilmer and George Clooney. Others made the role iconic, notably Adam West, Michael Keaton and Christian Bale, and two are playing the role on television and in the movies right now - David Mazouz in tv's Gotham and Ben Affleck in the current Warner Brothers films.
We know. It's exhausting. So tell us. Who is/was your favorite Batman? And speaking of that, who was your favorite Catwoman, too? Multiple choice: Julie Newmar, Lee Meriwether, Eartha Kitt, Michelle Pfeiffer, Hallie Berry, Anne Hathaway, or Camren Bicondova.
